Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

1.
Informal Resolution
In the event of a dispute, customers agree to contact Moolah customer support first to seek an informal resolution before taking any other action.
2.
Binding Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, customers agree that it will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. This means a neutral third party will hear the case and make a final decision.
3.
Arbitration Procedure
Arbitration will be conducted according to Singapore's arbitration laws and regulations. The arbitration proceedings and the arbitrator's decision will be kept confidential.
4.
Exceptions to Arbitration
Moolah reserves the right to resolve certain disputes in small claims court or to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations in a court of law.
5.
Governing Law
This agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by Singapore law.
