Warning Stage

- Account Status:
Your buying and selling privileges remain active.
- Account Reactivation:
- Acknowledge the warning.
- Agree to follow Moolah‘s guidelines.
If any temporary restriction is applied, reactivation occurs once you:
Suspension Stage
- What Happens?
Your account is temporarily restricted from selling but remains active for buying.
- Content Removal:
Any content associated with the violation will be removed.
- Account Status:
You cannot sell, but you may continue to buy on the platform.
- Account Reactivation:
- Submitting an appeal or explanation for the violation.
- Receiving approval of your appeal.
You may regain selling privileges by:
Ban Stage
- What Happens?
Your account is permanently banned due to severe or repeated violations.
- Content Removal:
All your content and information will be removed, except for essential records kept for compliance purposes.
- Account Status:
You are permanently blocked from both buying and selling.
- Account Reactivation:
- You provide evidence showing the ban was issued in error.
- Upon review, the violation is determined to be minor, and you agree to return under probation.
Reactivation is rare but may occur if:
- Appeals Process
If you believe an action was taken in error, you can submit an appeal through our support system within 30 days from the violation notice.
Probation Period
Reactivated users may be placed under closer monitoring to ensure compliance with our policies.
